BCS National Championship Bowl Tickets
The BCS National Championship Bowl game is the final Bowl of the Bowl Championship Series. The winner is typically regarded as the U.S. national champion of the D-1 NCAA Football Bowl Subdivision, and is awarded the coveted AFCA National Championship trophy. The BCS National Championship Bowl is unique among Bowls in that it rotates every four years between four stadiums and locations. Previously played at stadiums like the University of Phoenix Stadium and the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, this year's game will take place at the Sun Life Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida before moving on to the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California next season. As such, sponsorship also rotates for the game, with Discover and Vizio slated to sponsor the game in 2013 and 2014, respectively.
BCS National Championship Bowl tickets have been a popular item in college sports since the game was first introduced in 1998. The two teams selected to play in the game are normally the two highest-ranked teams in the Bowl Championship Series following the conclusion of the regular season. This year's BCS National Championship Bowl will be played on Monday, January 7 at 8:30 p.m. ET.
