Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the $1000 Headline Tickets scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Be a veteran or immediate family member of someone who has served in a branch of the United States Military
Be enrolled in or accepted to an accredited college, university or technical school in the United States
Have at least a 2.5 GPA
Applicants should provide proof of each of these aspects in order to meet the eligibility requirements. Candidates must also submit an essay.

Essays should range in length from 1,000 to 1,200 words and revolve around the following topics:

Patriotism and/or What it Means to Be a Patriot

Submissions must be entered before May 1, 2019. Essays should display creativity and originality, and writing quality will be assessed.
