Blake Shelton Is Excited to Show Fans His New Music

Blake Shelton hit the road to start 2016, and he’s still touring hard. He’s excited for it, with new music coming out, saying he can’t wait to show fans what he’s been working on. He knows that they love the old hits — he’s a staple of the scene at this point — but it’s always fun for a musician to get out there and bring new energy and life with fresh songs. This is the type of tour he’s putting on. Before it kicked off, he said:

“As an artist, my favorite thing to do is go on the road and play shows. I’ve missed it, and it’s gonna be like old times. So y’all get ready to party, ‘cause Blake Shelton is comin’ to see ya’!”

It’s often hard for those who want to be on stage and interacting with fans to sit down in the studio and spend months working on new material. It’s part of the process, of course, but you can tell that he’s been itching to get back to what drew him into music in the first place: being on stage and playing songs.

In March, Blake Shelton’s tour will run through Tennessee, New York, and Pennsylvania.

Shelton is also rolling out some VIP ticket options that he’s never used before, giving fans the ultimate experience. For example, the Voice of Choice Experience ticket puts a fan in premium seating and gets him or her into a pre-show party where Blake will play an acoustic show and answer questions. The Premium Pure BS Experience ticket guarantees a seat in the first five rows — or the pit — an invite to the acoustic show, and an autographed guitar.

As noted, Shelton has never done this before; it underscores how excited he is about this new tour and interacting with the fans.
